Palla's Cat

Distribution: China's northeastern, northern and northwestern areas, Caspian Sea borders and Iran southeastern Siberia.

Palla's Cat


The body length of the Palla's Cat is 50-65cm, with 21-35cm tail; the weight ranges from 2.3to 3.5kg. They live alone in the desert and rocky areas at an altitude of 4,000 meters. They are nocturnal animals and move nimbly. They feed on small mammals. The normal lifespan ranges from 10 to 15 years.



They receive second grade national protection.
