
The body length of the Brown Bear is 170-210cm with a 6-21cm tail: weight can vary from 140 to 450kg. They dwell in forests or plains. They are not good at climbing up trees and they are solitary animals. They have sharp sense of hearing and smell, but their eyesight is Poor They mainly teed on plants and hibernate in winter. The normal lifespan is more than 30 years.
They are listed as second grade nationally protected animals.
